Ladies' knitwear 'fashion essential this autumn'

Ladies' knitwear is among the must-have fashion trends for this autumn, a commentator asserts.

Delila Bouakkaz, writing for the Galway Advertiser, claims that there are a huge number of garments that fall within this category but that these are on-trend every year.

She says that those looking at ladies' knitwear should consider dresses, cardigans and jumpers, as these are their main categories.

As one of the must-have components of autumn outfits, ladies' knitwear is ideal for both work and play.

Ms Bouakkaz says: "Knitwear is undoubtedly one of the must coveted items of the season because it is practical, easy to wear by day or by night, and it will keep you warm throughout the season."

Among the other items she suggests buyers should look at are leather jackets, tailored trousers and ankle boots, which could include sheepskin style boots.
