Q. How can I pay for an order?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Connect Solo and Visa Electron. If we experience problems authorising your card payment we will contact you either by phone or email.

You can also pay by PayPal. By selecting the radio button for this during the checkout process you will be taken to PayPal's secure payment page.
 

Q. When am I charged for my order?

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send us your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet.
 

Q. What if I’m buying from overseas?
The prices charged on our UK web pages are in UK sterling and include VAT. Customers outside the EU will be charged without VAT.

For our overseas customers prices are listed in Euros, Yen and US Dollars in your shopping basket. (Yen and Dollar prices are shown excluding VAT). Please note that customers outside the EU may be charged local taxes.

If you are shopping from America we recommend you order on our US website www.celticandco.com where you will be charged in US Dollars. For any other international customers, please place your order as normal, you will be charged in Sterling and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency on your statement.
